Description

• Develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities. ie, recruiting, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services for all company personnel.
• Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts, and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures,
• Drives and assists with team development program at Dustex, Sparstane and Lundberg.

• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
• Projects as assigned by Management
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and propagates positivity within Dustex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications: (Qualifications you would like for position to have)

• Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
• Have experience working with Private Equity portfolio companies
• Have experience working in an engineering office
